At Better Fit Boutique, we want you to absolutely love your pieces. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order or purchasing in-store.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or odors
- With all original tags attached
- In original condition and packaging
Not eligible for returns:
- Final-sale items
- Clearance items (30% off or more)
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves)
- Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once item is approved.
- Exchanges may be made for size or color if the item is in stock.
- Store credit will be issued if the return does not meet refund eligibility or if it was a sale item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Change In-Store or Online
- Items may be exchanged either in-store or through our online return process.
- Availability for exchanges depends on current inventory
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Better Fit Boutique will cover shipping ONLY if the item arrived defective or incorrect.
